- The Autumn theme is now the default bright theme;
- The Autumn theme now has a proper window corner ornament;
- Added a new Bookmark and Continue button; This way you can save your reading progress, and load it later. This is not a perfect solution, but it should work for the longer, unchanging texts which this was designed for. However this feature will not work well if you change display settings.

- The :cfg: Quick-Config is now situated inside of a summary tag. This means that the mouse can be used to close and open this to reduce space. This was done with consideration to mobile devices, where it takes up a significant chunk of the screen;

- Added a theme dropdown menu to the Quick-Config. There are four themes available right now! Day and Book are bright themes. Night and Senketsu are dark themes;

to the navigation pane of the page. This feature allows users to change the displayed font, its size, and the line-height; (:note: It is not yet rolled out across all pages. Unsupported pages contain the slider, but will not change) - I'm still not quite happy enough with dark mode. Until it looks sufficiently succulent, enabling of the dark theme on first visit based on browser preference is suspended;

- The Windows 95 styled radio and checkbox inputs now only use a single image. This resolved the problem where upon checking a button, you'd have to wait a moment for the checked variant to load. Now it simply shifts the offset instead of calling to load another webp;

- Updated all the pages that can be accessed in the sidebar with uniform functionality. Now index, art, library, levels, Jumper & Apple, settings, patches, resources, and blog all have layouts which support mobile devices, they all have sticky headers where applicable, and their navigation should work without fault. - Fixed the text being black in night mode in the settings page;
- Added two new icons, which are unlike others, drawn by yours truly: :jumper:, and :neocities:. I tried to make them in accordance with the Windows 95 colour palette;
- Changed the Jumper & Apple page logo from a generic folder to :jumper:;
- Added a link to neocities.org in the navigation sidebar;

- Fixed the :font: icon being accidentally compressed to 67% of its original quality;

- Certain pages now have sticky sidebars. Desktop users will no longer have to scroll to the top of the page to acces them. Some of the exempt pages have been neglected for so long that they cannot be easiley patched just yet.

- Added a new link to the :book: library, revealing a previously unpublished project: Kill la Kill Revolution. This is a fanfiction, which is still not yet finished, but I thought I would drop the landing page at least, in preperation for it's release. The page had undergone fixes to its navigation system, and should be equipped with a progress bar. I hope to make it as exciting for others as it is for me!
- Updated the tags in the :book: library subpage, to include both the category of the work, and an estimation of its lenghth in words. I do not know how fast people read, therefore I did not use time-to-read;

- Patched the 2026. May. 31 patch to explain how explorer view was born. In short: recycled experimentation.
- Re-designed the :book: library subpage. Posts are formatted a little better now, instead of being plain and flat;
- Fixed the background's comical stretching;
- Discovered a bug where responsive scaling fails in one very specific cirumstance;
- Fixed an issue where the 404 - page not found - page did not load the sidebar navigation;

- Added explorer view to some of the pages, a feature which enables browsing the website through a table interface inspired by early file browswers. This may be clunky on modern devices, or smaller screens. This grew out of an attempt to improve the interface of the library page, which was just a flat page of links with descriptions and titles above. However while pretty on desktop, it proved horribly unfit for mobile or smaller screens. The bit ugly flat order thus remained, and the view had been doubled down upon, as its own separate page;
- Fixed an issue where sidebar navigation would display as a grid, and align itself vertically centered;
- Due to concerns with the noindex tag of the navigation page, nav.html has been demoted to nav.txt. It should still be working however;

- The dark background now features stars, courtesy of stackoverflow. The idea itself comes from one of my friends, and the colours are taken from the anime show Kill la Kill

- Unless explicitly set, the bright / dark theme will now default to browser preference
- The dark theme is no longer red-ish.
- The home page has been re-furnished a bit.
- The essay Kill la Kill's Wardrobe of Authoritarianism is being brushed up.

- Fixed a few errors that showed up in the console logs.

Several changes have taken place over the past couple of days.
settings has been extended:
- Reworked /settings to be more accessible.
- Added a new option, to scale the size roughly 2x that of the original.
2026 March 28.
- /settings has been renewed to be more accessible on mobile devices, though at the cost of the sidebar comic, which is only available on screens wide enough.
- The idea also arose, that it should be a toggle-able feature to fold the side bar and main article into one. The default value would obviously have to be folded, however the option should probably exist to disable it.
- The
Ruszkik Haza! banner will stay around for as long as the Hungarian government is a puppet, forwarding Russian interests before the ones of the people they claimto represent.
2026 March 24.
As much as I do not wish to make the front page just a mere political declaration, as it is still largely performative, recent events have motivated me to temporarily break this policy.

It depicts a wall, that was once defaced with a soviet red star. The revolutionaries took the red star down, and wrote the text

Several changes have been made to the website:
- Removed font all selectable fonts, for uniformity, monospace will be used from now on.

All known instances of content leaking outside it's container, or being unlegible has been resolved.
