Jumper and Apple is a fictional universe centered around the titular characters, who despite seeming as everyday common objects, possess life, and consciousness. Their ever-changing friend / foe relationship drives the story forwards, with an array of supporting characters, each of them with their own unusual trait.

The duo also frequenlty appear on this very website, acitng as mascots.

The franchise began in the school year of 2016-2017 as a set of comics, when I was just a primary school student. I wanted to draw a super-hero comic, and after some head-scratching and staring at a cartoon of apple juice, the idea had finally fermented. The original comics were semi-successful with my limited audience. They are a product of their time, and their quality doesn't warrant their public release. They are difficult to follow, and were not written in English.

As I started to explore more mediums of creation, Jumper & Apple developed into a game series. First releasing on the 10th of May, the game simply titled "Jumper" was my second ever released game. It was basic, archaic, and confusing. Jumper 2 would later follow, and with an ever growing distance between releases, Jumper 3, 4, and eventually 5 would release. Development of the 6th game had started during the summer of 2022, but has since then essentially halted. The 6th Jumper installment's future is uncertain; I do want to make another game, but I also have much higher standards for quality since then. I am unsure if I have the dedication to see trough the development of a new Jumper game which achieves the quality I would expect from it. In May of 2025, I wanted to return to the roots of Jumper & Apple, and tell the story of the original comics again, but revised into something presentable. This comic-series can be considered a re-imagining. It aims to explore the same plot as the original comics, while expanding on the source material, and cutting out what didn't work. As of writing this, this comic is exclusive content to davidsocial.com. I will publish it on this website as well, once all the pages are finished.
