I'll be the first one to state it, that I don't think these look any good, but still I think there's some improvmenet in them over time. As you can see it's all of Matoi Ryuuko. Make of this what you will.

Digitally, I used paint.net, and aseprite (for pixel stuff) and keyboard and mouse to get these done. Physically just a rotring and paper.
